Documents feature inside spaces confusing

I’d like to suggest an improvement regarding the Documents feature inside spaces.When we upload a file to the Documents tab, we have two options:

• Publish the file as a post
• Or keep it not published

In both cases, the file appears correctly inside the Documents tab.

The problem: If the file is not published as a post, members can still click on the file title — but when they do, they see this confusing message:

"Post Not Found Sorry, we couldn’t find the post you’re looking for…You may not have permission to view this post The link may be incorrect The post may have been deleted"

This is confusing for members and creates unnecessary frustration.
