Documents are not displayed in the section
If I want to add documents to a space without creating a post and disable the “Publish as a post” option, the message “Your post has been marked as unlisted” appears, and the documents are not visible in the section.
We are looking into this, thank you for reporting.
Tawsif Ahmed Riyad I’d like to be able to edit the name of the documents too. Posted links always look messy…

Anne-Sophie W, can't say for sure, but security-related configurations will be added gradually. Please create a feature reuqest for this.
