Displaying Member Count in Paid Spaces – Questions and Solutions
Hello everyone,
We use multiple paid spaces in our community that are structured based on different knowledge levels: Starter Space, Master Space, and Premium Space.
One issue we've encountered is that members who have not yet joined a space cannot see how many members are already in that space. This presents a significant sales disadvantage for us, as the visible member count is an important psychological factor that encourages potential members to join.
We have found an option in the space settings that appears to relate to the member count, but it does not seem to have any effect on the visibility of this information.
"Hide Members count from spaces page (when members' page access unavailable)"
Our questions:
- What exactly does this option in the space settings do?
- Is there a way to display the number of members in a space on the custom lock screen, so potential members can view this information?
