Course not displaying for one user – blank white page issue

One of my users reports that when she tries to access a specific course, she sees a blank white page with no content.

The course page loads, but nothing appears – no lessons, no materials.

I checked the same course on my end, and everything is displaying correctly.

It seems the issue is only on her side , so the bug is client-side only.

What could be causing this?
And how can I fix it urgently?
