Cookie Notice for FluentCommunity

Hi there,

Could you please advise which Cookie Notice module you recommend for use with FluentCommunity ?
I tried using NotificationX β€” it's available and simple to set up β€” but unfortunately, it blocks sessions in FluentCommunity . As a result, FluentCommunity can't launch the portal and keeps showing an error that the cookie check has failed.

How can I configure NotificationX β€” what specific setting should I adjust β€” so that it doesn’t interfere with sessions and stops causing these errors?

Thank you!

Jonathan Gwyer

I don't use it personally, but I have seen people here recommend https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/real-cookie-banner/

I am using CookieYes!

Just to add a note, FluentCommunity does not push any cookie for logged out users. So maybe you don't need cookie banner for the community part.

Shahjahan JewelΒ FluentCoomunity has a pop-up message like a report on the bottom right side of the screen. An error message pops up there, followed immediately by a message that the session time has expired and then the page is being reloaded. And this cycle of actions does not stop.,

Eduard ManiatovskiiΒ most probably a plugin conflict or caching issue.

Shahjahan JewelΒ Technically you are right. I checked and had no cookies at all on my site, however if some ... comes to check, you have nothing to show. Thus I have one cookie now and it is for the cookie notification. πŸ˜‚
