• how to decide what high-ticket 1:1 coaching offer to sell alongside your membership (My average client pays $15k for my program, but I don’t recommend starting there—more like selling $1500/mo packages or more)

ABOUT ME: I have a 15-year-old business helping people all over the world get into Harvard. The top countries my clients come from is US, Mexico, and India. My biggest year (2018) was $1 million in revenue.

Oct 2025’s revenue was $86k—without running ads, so although there are ups and downs, things are going well. My business is healthy, profitable, and I have many months of business expenses saved/invested in case of business challenges. I’m 42, married to a software dev who used to work at Reddit, and I have ADHD.

MY FC RESULTS: I’ve earned $6150 from my Fluent Community + SureCart Shop since Oct 25, 2025. It is not my main offer in my business, but I am having a lot of fun and success with it in early days.
