Comments that are Deleted before Latest Update

I did some test comments on some posts before I deleted them and the comments would end up in the Recent Activities feed. Then after deleting them, the feed still showed up that there was a comment, but it didn't exist anymore.

After the recent update, it seems that when I post a comment and then later delete it, it also deletes it in the Recent Activities feed. Which is great. Thank you.

However, comments that were deleted before the recent update still show up in the Recent Activities feed. How can I remove them?
