Moreover - no need for a button. It could just expand when hovering.
Assaf Manor, You are right with the hover effect would be enough.
In my case for some strange reason to click on something and see that it closes and opens in a millisecond gives me the feeling that the web is faster.
And in the hover effect when it opens abruptly passing the mouse I feel like it is a failure, so they apply a slow movement of open and close in hover type collapsible menus.
So it would be good to be able to choose activated and deactivating the effect that we want, if with hover or without hover.
