Chatroom Optimization

Is it possible to break FC chat rooms into cohorts, this enables me to use it as accountability buddy groups where I can group members by a grand project and they can motivate themselves to finish up the project and win a prize . My goal with this is to ensure the student actually learn the skills. It also brings competition among groups and they can have fun together in their specific chat rooms.
