Chat Message Purge
Just noted that the chat messages are getting added to the database, even ones that were individually deleted from within the chat. This will quickly add unnecessary bloat if you get a ton of members chatting it up.
We need a way to manually and automatically purge these messages both in the chat area but also the database. Perhaps have a way to also purge personal chat between individuals as well.
Not just the database, but also the storage for attachments that get removed with comments.
Jeffrey Young yes. I pointed out the chat because I knew I had deleted the messages and when I was looking at the database I stumbled across the chat and it still had it there.
Ideally for this they could integrate something that works remotely with unlimited scaling... Cometchat or getstream
