change password
a participant of my fluentcommunity space cant change their password. where and how can i change that, so that she can change it?
The developers decided that the user should not change the password.
There are two ways:
- Reset the password via email.
- Use third-party plugins, such as membership plugins or the user can change the password via an account in woocommerce, if it is used.
Andrey A. 1. i had no option to do that in the backend, and if the user trys it, its says is not permitted

Andrey A. yeah if the user uses this, it says he is not allowed to do it. therefore my question is, how can i change that? i did not found anything inside Wordpress or fluentcommunity to allow people to do that
Marian Zefferer password is allowed to reset by default. do you use subscriber role or custom role?

Marian Zefferer try to install FluentAuth and activate option "Enable Custom Login / Signup Shortcodes" in the menu "Login/Signup Forms". This plugin will change the parameters of the password reset function, maybe it will help.
