Cannot activate the Chat function after creating a space

Hi the team,
I created a Space and I unchecked the Chat box for this space.
Now I want to activate it for this space.

When I check the box and save the modification, the Chat is not activated. When I go back to the settings page, the box is unchecked. I tried several times.
