Open link in a separate window

Feature Request:

• Can we have links (a href=) added to the widget items: Recent Community Activities the same way it is added to: Featured Posts/Trending posts items in the widget above so we can easily right click and open in a new window (if needed).
• Can we also select the way how we want to open links (internal: ourDomain.com, external) in Posts/Comments/Searchbox Results - _self: Same Window, _blank: New Window (this could be set by: Admin or User Specific)
