Can anybody check if you can add any new Community Admin (for fresh invited user) in the Manage > Settings > Managers > Add Manager and if a new user who was promoted to the elevated role can access the Manager settings - I got some permission error: No access - for that new user. I am not sure if its on my end only or that I found a way to messed up rokes - cannot figure it out the scenario yet and how to replicate it.

BTW: Can we completly and permanently Delete any user from the community entries (Instead of Blocking the user)? Once the user is deleted (with the user content) I am wondering if there are that deleted user any left overs in WP db. If not than good because I would like to invite the user again so he can start from zero etc (it is good for testing playground etc.)
