Bug Report: No Image Upload possible /Media Library no more accessible

In the latest beta version no more images can be uploaded in the lesson editor. Only images from an external host can be inserted from an external URL.

The text still says: "Upload an image file, pick one from your media library, or add one with a URL"

But no upload is possible and the button for the the Media Library is missing.
