I'm unable to delete a group. After clicking Yes nothing happens.

Also - there is no option to move a space between different groups. That's quite limiting. I also hope that when you delete a group it doesn't delete all the groups in it. That's quite unreasonable.

Also - deleting a space and/or group is quite a big step. You should something like having to type a long phrase such as "Yes please delete this" to avoid any mishaps.
