Bug > Registration (Fluent Auth / Fluent community) > Invitations does not work to full extend
Use case. Imagine you...
- ... have a Wordpress site with registration DISABLED.
- ... have ENABLED the Fluent Community Sign up.
- ... want to send an invite to specific individuals with the Invite feature.
Problem:
- Biggest one: the INVITE feature will not work if you do not have register enabled on site or fluent community overwrites.
- When you enable the Sign up through Fluent community, the Fluent Auth sign up form will show the "Register" option (something you want to avoid unless by invitation).
So...
yep.
I think this important setting is missing. Because imagine I want to avoid people from registering freely, but I would like to send them the Invite link from community.
This is not possible up to date: or you allow registration for everyone (something that Fluent Auth will show), or you add them manually...
- Possible solution: when registration is disabled on site. But enabled on community we should have one of this two options:
- Or the invitation sign up URL from community allows registration.
- Or Fluent Auth should not show the register option unless it's enabled at a site level.
Yes! I used some css to hide the registration option on login, but would like to have it 'fixed'.
Will take a look and release a fix in the coming week.

Can anyone confirm if this has been addressed?
