Bug: new URL not recognized
I created a new community and opted for a custom URL (/community instead of /portal). When I click on the button to access my community, I'm getting a 404, but when I replace the word 'community' with 'portal' - your initial suggestion, it does show up.
Save the permalinks again, it should works
Mine didn't work straight out the box. Did this and it worked. Thanks!
General --> permalinks --> Just save again.
