Bug in course lock page editor

There was some bugs in course landing page (lock page) editor, in description section. After new updates the bugs still there because despite changing the course editor to full block editor, the loack page description editor didn't change.

For example when we make lists, it doesn't display the items in list format, or there are some issues in highlighting feature or quote. These editor elements doesn't act as expected.
