Automation with FluentCommunity API has different output formats

There is a huge issue, which i nevery saw in any app I automated. One trigger, gives different outputformats - i think it depends if its a new user or a already registerd user. This makes absolutly no sense, and makes every automation not working, because both scenarios could happen. look, the same trigger gave me one time that what you see on the first picture and one time that you see on the second. I need the email adress, but that is no option on the second picture. please change that so that you get all informations in both cases! and both have the complete same output-format otherweise you cant automate anything with this trigger.
