Report a post as suspicious and User Account changes log

As we know the fTeam is working on a Content Moderation so just posting a gentle reminder to implement Report this post feature.

It would be good to suspend a post and THE USER reported by min 5/10 users as Spam until Admin will review the post. - Automatic post/user suspencion would happen if 5 users with verified badge or min 10 not verified users would report such a post. In both cases users accounts should be older than 1 month).

User Account log should be visible for Admin where he could see the user history in this matter (reported Spammy posts).

Note: when a user submit x spammy posts maybe recaptcha/turnstile would be required from that user before submitting a post.

Note: maybe we could have limit posts/comments length for users with Leaderboard Level 1 so users can submit only short posts (10-500 characters, no external links) - the characters indicator can show how many characters were left during post/comment creation (1x/500chars left).

Note: Spammy user should be kicked out from the Space after 5 NEW posts from the last 24 were reported as Spam so the user cannot submit any new Posts in the Space until Admin verify all reported posts/comments.

Rate Limiting: We have added rate limiting for new posts / comments endpoints. By default, A user can post max 5 posts / 5 minutes and 5 comments / Minute.
