Anchor Link Not Working in Theme Compatibility Pages

Hi, I discovered that the anchor links in pages that are in theme compatibility frames (i.e. using fc frame) do not work. I want to draw the attention of FC Plugin admins regarding this and wish to be notified if they are aware of this bug!
