Suggestion - Allow URL for image uploads.

The upload feature serves its purpose 90% of the time.

10% of the time the image is already in the Media Library. Add a field so we can just use what's there instead of uploading a duplicate and managing it – ugh!

This is more important for those who are adding Fluent Community to an existing site, not creating one from scratch.
