All post types on WordPress
I suggest to make all post types appear in feed when they're posted on WordPress. It's one of the key features on buddyboss, and I don't think it could affect the performance here if you make it happen.
If you do this it should be an option to turn on and off. Because this doesn't make sense for a lot of websites.
