Ads on fluentCommunity

i want to make a free portal. But create ads at the top of the page for companies that want to pay for ads. Of course there should also be a button that goes to the advertiser's website. But how can i create subscriptions for ads and have them automatically displayed in banners or removed after payment or after a time from advertisers? This would be a great feature
