Just installed, finding my way around.

Observations and questions so far:

  1. How do I get people into this? I want to add my members who have a specific post type. Do I need to send them a link? I can't see any obvious way to invite someone to join. I see the option to "Add Member" but I have 800 members that I want to add, so looking for a way to do this by user role or even a FluentCRM tag.
  2. It seems the access settings are for the entire portal, and not per community. I think access should be controlled at the community level, correct? I may want a general community for my customers, but then a separate community for customers of a specific product (in this case my membership).

You can set up an fluentcrm automation triggered by a tag to add people to a specific community

Natascha Vantuykom Very interesting, great feature! Although this is the same issue as with any automation, it only runs based on some other trigger, rather than running all at once. I would need to somehow run the automation to check for all my members to add them.

Shahjahan Jewel I love the FluentCRM integration I am finding! Any idea how I could run an automation in real time to apply the correct access to my members?

Could I send an email to my subscribers or after a purchase that has a link to join the community?

Maybe I lost the alpha sign up. Or is it a closed alpha?

Elvis Plaku

Yeah, I'm not sure either if I lost the alpha sign up? @Shahjahan Jewel
