404 for /portal after installation

I installed an earlier version some months ago and got it working. Today I tried the latest version with the latest WordPress of today.

I can't even access the /portal this time and get a 404 this time.

It's on the latest PHP 8.3.x and I tried both apache and nginx based. I also tried deactivating and activating it again later.

Are there any minimum requirements or limitations?
