2 weeks, one customer lost, I'm actually unable to migrate with my actual version of fc due to some bugs to the migration tool.
Can I have a faster solutions? 2 weeks.

I just talked with my dev who is handling your ticket. The issue is, your server blocks media assets, and you should unblock that.
BuddyBoss's data is too complicated and we tried to cover as much as we found. We always try to improve the migration over time depends on the reported new data types. But for your case, it's just the media folder permission issue which need to be fixed from your server level.
Shahjahan Jewel i solved by myself the media restriction (that's not my case, that's a normal restriction that buddy boss puts on their media folder by htaccess, so you should consider this on migration or images will not be migrated).
The main problems remain after two weeks:
the actual version of fc migration tool gets stuck when porting big id users.
the actual version of fc migration tool erases all the sections and lessons of the courses when it gets stuck cause of this problem
the actual version of fc migration tool changes bb emojis in strange characters.
Is it possibile to fix these so I can migrate the whole platform ? my customer lost almost 20k this month waiting for the migration.
another day without solutions, another day with customer yelling me.
