We’re Moving Forward with FluentCommunity!

What’s happening? We’re excited to announce that we will be launching this plugin soon!
Here’s the plan: We want to keep it fast and simple. In the next few weeks, we'll start giving some of you access to it. We’re looking forward to your feedback to help us add the right features without complicating things.
A special note: We might keep this launch exclusive to our existing ecosystem customers rather than going public right away. We believe this will help us maintain the quality and not interrupt our existing product updates and plans.

Just to give you what I think is pretty important here...
Obviously, the look and feel of this right now is pretty Facebook-ish. Which is good because people are used to it. However, I think it is important for these community pages to be able to exist seamlessly within an existing theme and maintain existing branding. So, things like:
- Gutenberg block for being able to embed a community feed into a page
- Perhaps a menu option to insert the notification bell and dropdown into the site's menu structure and header
- Same for other community pages. Be able to put them into a nav menu using the default setup.
This way there's no need to change the look and feel of the site to use it.
And, as I'm sure you already know, beware of feature bloat. BuddyBoss turned into a performance problem because of all the crap they have going on. FluentCommunity should stay lean and mean... and be flexible by being able to integrate into existing websites without the need to run something like the BuddyBoss theme.

Sounds good! Side note: is there any way I can get the Fluent Roadmap plugin or learn more about what is planned? I asked about it, thinking it was part of Fluent Boards, but they said it would be separate, which is good as I only wanted the features shown on https://community.wpmanageninja.com/road-maps/fluent-boards/#/7/
Yes, the team is planning to release that addon within this month. We are using a super alpha version of that. The addon will be included in the pro version of FluentBoards.
So does it require Fluent Boards as like the backend? Or can it be purchased and used separately? Abul Khoyer in my support question said it would be separate also, so just clarifying if I need to purchase Fluent Boards to make it work.
Nelson Miller FluentBoards will be required for the RoadMap addon. So the roadmap plugin is just the frontend view, managing user feedbacks, comments etc. From the backend you can use it just like a project board.

Great news, Shahjahan Jewel! I'm looking for an GDPR-proof community solution. This can be it. It would be great if a Wordpress User could seamlessly enter the community. Without an extra login. And if posts can be embedded in Wordpress blogs.. That way you can embed answered questions from the community inside your WP blog as well.
Looking forward testing it with my team, as internal tool !
