So it's Monday and here is the biggest update of FluentCommunity. I made a video to show all the cool things we shipped in this update.

Nicely done, Jewel. Appreciate you doing the video too! Watching it now. Last week, I asked Jack at WPFusion, and he says they'll be integrated with FCom before January 1, for ACL and Automation. I assume you two are working together on this, for Membership access controls? Or do you have another recommendation?

The "@everyone" tag is still not working for us the way we would expect. Doesn't appear when typing it. Then appears when backspacing to it. Then doesn't seem to work correctly. Please see below and thanks for any help!

Alexander Bruton if you have @everyone in a status and you are an admin then the email will be triggered. Also it will show a confirmation when you click "post"

Alexander Bruton I will take a look. But the suggestion is just for the frontend. On the backend, we search for @everyone tag and if found, the email will be scheduled.

Shahjahan Jewel Thank you. Yes, I believe it is a frontend issue - meaning that getting the @everyone tag to stick is a challenge in the way shown in the video. This is separate from the email sending.

just checked, no. So there's the same problem with course bundle. What if I wanna give access to course A and B for an offer and for a membership? without Course groups that's not possibile. Tindaro Battaglia with the latest update, will applying the same tag to both not work to give access to both course A and B? OR give course A and B different tags and apply these tags to a contact in Fluentcrm as contacts can have multiple tags or am I missing something?

u can't.
If u have course groups instead, the same course can be in different groups (group A for course A and group "membership" for the same course") so giving access to the same course on membership (and when membership payment fails the course is not enrolled anymore) or with one time purchase
Tindaro Battaglia it depends on what you're using to "sell" the course (which payment gateway/lms, fluentforms, etc). The lms can add/remove tags based on payment/subscription independent of fluentcommunity. Fluentcommunity will grant/remove access when tags are applied/revoked. This is my understanding.

Question about Access Management with FluentCRM tags. We can grant and remove access to a space by adding and removing a tag in FluentCRM. Does it also work the other way around? When a member choose to join and leave that space, will the same tag be automatically added and removed in FluentCRM?

- i found out that i could upload Webp picture format but not PNG or JPEG and JPG format (Error File not found)
- Chat message could not upload any type of picture format
- I can not write any reply or comment when using my phone or handheld device such as ipad (even for this post i have to use my macbook to write reply to you)
Without a doubt, this is one of the best updates so far. Congratulations! I was just waiting for this update to fix some strings that are showing errors, as I explain in this post. Another point is that it’s still not possible to edit the entire community icon set, as Shahjahan Jewel mentioned in this post, and "Ctrl + K" is still the chosen shortcut for search, which conflicts with Chrome, as shown in this post. Will this be addressed in future updates? Either way, thank you so much for this amazing update!
Thanks. Are you planning on releasing a Pro version of the Fluent Auth plugin with support for common 2FA methods, e.g., Authenticator apps (RFC 6238), and the modern phishing-resistant login method WebAuthn (used by both security keys and passkeys)?

Couple of questions:

Can we organize docs library files in Folders (Course/Space name = folder name or not needed?) or sort them A-Z Z-A, by Date, by File Type (or maybe even by File Size) and filter them by Space, by Course. If we dont want to use folder then we could have a column showing where the file belongs to.

Can we see somewhere how many times the Space invitation link was used vs the limit (if applicable) - currently I can see only one value and I am not sure if this is just the max limit or limit-usageCan we see in the invitation link usage a list which users used this link invitation? Pretty awesome feature! -
Menu: Documents link/lib is missing for Courses and it would be easy for the Admin and/or student to find all files in one place to files the user has access too (files could be stored in a Folder = Course Name)
Regular user/Student could not see the Document menu link - Admin can enable/disable the link. In Courses Documents library Admin can see all files attached in all courses (per course/folder view) and delete selected files in bulk)

when Docs Library is set to Public it doesnt mean it is Public for not logged users right? (case where fCommunity is configured to Logged In users only).
It could be really useful if we could also share a link externally to a document when fComm is not Public. Unless Public (for the Document Library) means that all users in a community can have access to the file (but not any external visitors - users who dont have any access to the community)

can we change the file: "Permission Denied" and/or "Document not found" screen to a custom one or redirect users to the login form and then redirect them to the file location for download/file preview. It happened when a Community is configured to Logged In users Only but someone share a link externally then the Permission Denied or Document Not Found message is displayed.

Mat Documents for courses would be nice. One option is to render a list of all documents uploaded to individual lessons as well as the ability to upload any extra support material that concerns the whole course. And display all these on a Documents screen for each course Shahjahan Jewel

Sombri Luna Let's say you have a private or secret space and want to invite someone via a link (similar to WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord). So you can create a link and then share with someone who can then signup/login and they can join directly.
Can we do the Access Management without FluentCRM?
Liam A McDonald it appears they are pretty integrated. But you can use the free version of Fluent CRM for this. And side note: Not sure how many CRMs you've used but Fluent is mind blowing. I can't image WordPress without it now. And this is saying something because I had my own CRM plugin for WordPress at one time. Not what you asked, but just my two cents.

kyler boudreau completely understand... my current crm is intergrated with my funnel, automations all set up, has great deliverability, has 200k contacts in it and im pretty happy with it, as its runs the most profitable channel for me, (email marketing)
so i dont want to fuck with something thats working.
it wouldn't be an issue, if i was starting fresh.
it just seems like they are putting all the useful features integrated into fluentCRM, when alot of the other products in this space run independently. Like a Tag and automation feature is available within circle without needing an external product.

I want to run my lead magnet inside of fluentcommunity and then upsell to a paid community. Manually doing for this 100’s of leads a day sounds like death.
Liam A McDonald oh right on man. Got it. Then yeah...kinda sucks to have it integrated. Unless you can mentally "ignore" the fact that it's a CRM and just look at Fluent CRM as an "access control add-on" for the community. It's not gonna conflict with anything and you don't have to use it for anything else.

Shahjahan Jewel Another reason is, with many different languages, users from many countries will not be able to tag @everyone every time they want to notify because of the intuitive option.
Was going to work on creating a new login page because I noticed some bots were getting through the default registration form.
The update with FluentAuth looks promising and came at the right time.

Paymattic is now listed in the advanced features and addons. Is it now fully working as a paid subscription management feature or is that yet to come? Does it mean that for lightweight situations it will be enough and fluent forms /fluent forms Pro is not needed? Is it able to tell when someone has cancelled their subscription and trigger an action in FluentCRM to remove them from having access?
I Just Watched Your Video About the Fluent Community Benchmark
I just watched your video where you talk about the Fluent Community benchmark, which costs around 30 dollars per month. I found it impressive how the system performs with such a large volume of users.
I have a question: if I were to use the entire Fluent family, including FluentCRM for automations, and considering the same user volume presented in the benchmark, what would be the estimated total cost?
The courses would be hosted inside Fluent Community, and the videos would be hosted externally.

Jorge de los Reyes they use FluentAuth and Cloudflare (+hosting config) and I don't see any other "security" plugins (but might be hidden/custom haha).
ps. Unless xcloud magic login = security plugin.
Shahjahan Jewel , is there any documentation on the FluentAuth and FluentCommunity integration? I’ve installed the FluentAuth plugin, activated and configured it. I can see it when I use the default Wordpress login page but I don’t see it in the default FluentCommunity login page.
Do I need to do an additional step to have FluentAuth on the FluentCommunity login page?
All translation strings for the new document feature are present, except for the menu item itself.
We are still waiting for the possibility of translating "Total", "x/page" and "Go to" strings on pagination bar.
