As all Fluent Boards users will be uploading to our server, I’m wondering about two potential issues as usage expands:

 1. How concurrent activity will impact server performance and the associated websites? Does Fluent or anyone in the community have any experience, recommendations or advice around this?

 2. File sizes could eat up server space over time. Are there any mechanisms/options in Fluent Boards to help manage this? Obviously we can set up SOPs to encourage users to reference an external source such as Google Drive to limit uploading, though I'm wondering how this will look as things expand and whether Fluent can provide some way to encourage linking. I’m aware I can add a link under the attachment field of a task and just not attach a file.
