A few notes about FluentCommunity & the Future 🚀
I wanted to share a few details about FluentCommunity and some exciting features that we are working on!
Deal Update:
- We're having one of our most successful launch campaigns ever! We've just crossed 500+ sales, meaning nearly all of our active Beta Testers have purchased the deal.
- FluentCommunity is now powering 500+ websites.
- Over 50 customers have upgraded to a higher plan. Since it was a manual process, we've now enabled the auto-upgrade option. You can upgrade directly from your account and just pay the difference.
Due to the weekend, our public launch will be on Monday, November 18th. On Sunday, we’ll take down the current deal page and launch the new pricing page on Monday. You can still upgrade to a higher plan until the public launch, as these exclusive plans will be disabled afterward.

- Mobile App: We’re working with a skilled team to let you create white-label apps for Android and iOS. The app will be managed by third-party developers and priced separately, but we’ll ensure it’s affordable.
- Public Community Directory: A discovery page where your communities will be listed, making it easy for people to find and join ones they’re interested in. It will be free.
- Exclusive Secret Space: Current customers will be invited to a VIP space with exclusive perks and access. Thank you for all your support over the past few months!
- Improved Course Module: Our course module will remain fast and lightweight, but we’re adding essential features to enhance it. Think of it as meeting the standards set by Circle.so.

Shahjahan Jewel I imagine you will use Bookings for this? I have alredy been trying to figure out how to integrate events and calendars. I feel like the addition of the shortcodes for community will afford us to group the various pieces together on our sites like bookings, boards, community, support etc. so they look like one application. Is this the vision?

Nestor Lima Hey Nestor, I haven't gotten that far yet as far as integrating forms etc.. I suspect as long as you are using a form solution that integrates with Woo or Surecart you should have not problems selling. And i just looked it up and it does look like Fluent Forms does have a Woo integration, and you can also use other form solutions, you are not limited to Fluent, but the integrations are probably going to make things easier.

Tindaro Battaglia We prepared and send the developer docs to Jack and I am hoping it will be available. Jack did not tell me when it will be available I am sure he will add that as we have WPFusion integration with all the plugins and Jack uses FluentCRM as well.

Shahjahan Jewel Circle.so is an excellent reference! In Circle's Lesson layout, comments, attachments, and topics are displayed in the Side Bar instead of below the video. It’s more practical for the student.
JuriSensus LTDA I am a big fan of Circle for sure. If it would be open-source & for WordPress, I would not build this plugin.

Some thoughts:
1) I think it’s in your interest to own the mobile app. I can't imagine a community's success without it. Of course, you can use an external team or third party to build and develop it.
2) I have 100 licenses. Upgrade is active for me. Is it ok?

I bet on the right horse 😀 The mobile application game changes for online learning, when courses, communication with the teacher and groups, checking tasks are always with you.
So currently missing in the plugin, it is the ability to attach PDF files to courses and lessons 💫
Wish I could use this. I don't know if it's my theme or what but I just can't get images to upload. I really like the app but it's basically useless to me without being to upload images. I guess I'll be going with circle unfortunately.
Don Parkhurst jr would you please contact with support so they can take a look. Hundreds of people using it without the image upload issue so it must be a site specific problem.

I am a little confused. It was mentioned at a future update will include a "Public Community Directory: A discovery page where your communities will be listed, making it easy for people to find and join ones they’re interested in. It will be free." Will this directory be hosted by the WPManageNinja Team?
Erin Ward yes. People have to submit their communities and after a manual review we will list that.
Shahjahan Jewel Thank you for the clarification. I am switching from BuddyBoss to Fluent Communities. But I was hoping site users could create their own communities and have them displayed is a directory like BuddyBoss and Skool. Do you think this may happen in the future?
On which domain do you create the public community directory? It would be good if this was a memorable domain to promote this to customers like Skool.
Andre Salier I believe the Public Directory for all approved (Free and Pro) communities will be accessible in the official fluentcommunity.co website (ex. /discover /directory).

Aaron Liang Yes - at least tweak it a little (font size). Maybe better with cutom CSS, ideally via Settings > Layout options to ensure conflict free.

Is the Fluent Directory (as in Listing Directory) eventually coming?
Current WP directory solutions are outdated, though Voxel is trying to move the game forward. I feel you are already 80% and coming up with the Fluent Directory solution could not be that difficult.

Drag dohn Agreed. 27 Collective's Voxel is amazing for** directories!** I used their MyListing Theme multiple times and was very happy with the results, but Voxel was groundbreaking. I tested it out for https://directorystartups.com and was able to go from idea to launched site with custom user dashboards and chat in less than a week. It's so impressive that I'm changing over all my other directories to use it. The fact they eliminated the need for WooCommerce and so many other plugins and that it works entirely from non-WordPress looking dashboards is amazing.

Manoj Sharma We are working with a really big project for last 2 and half year and that will be the biggest project in the Fluent family. Members of the Secret Space will know first.
Shahjahan Jewel can we get a badge for those Premium members automatically assigned at some point.
Other than automatic badge assignment it would be good to let the Admin decide if the badge is visible (visible to: the Badge user/selected Spaces or Members/All logged in users/All Public/Only User/Admin).
I believe all badges should have such a functionality where admin can decide who should see badges and how they can be assigned automatically. User could only decide if badges are displayed on the User profile/card or not.
Based on badges (or tags linked to badges) also some actions could be triggered via automation (badge was assigned, removed etc).
