I think most of this could be done using cpt cards in toolset instead of fluent boards. A gantt chart would be a useful addition. Depending on the pricing model then something like Asana or trello might be a better option based on your pricing if you are only really offering kanban or lists. If ltd comes alomg ill purchase, but atm it has limited functionality to be used for project mangement. Priority should be included as well as start and end dates so they can be sorted.
