Feature Request: User permission management clarified in settings.

It would be nice to assigned default permissions to WP users based on roles their assigned. Fluent boards would be a great no-code WP solution for a Workplace Subscription Saas I'm working on.

The permissions section of settings aren't really clear on who has what and a clear definition of what permission assignments grant certain access.
