Request: Can we have the ability to link to a specific task for reference?
Scenario: I created a template outlining how to execute a certain task. I'd like to redirect my client back to the instructions already been added to their board. This way, I won't have to constantly copy and paste text.
This feature is not yet available, however, it would be great to have.
Could you use an "attachment" which is really a link? Send that somewhere else, like a knowledge base article / WP post / document somewhere?
That way you could make that external link the instructions, and add it to the template, and it would be there on every copy/instance of the template created.
It also means that when you needed to update the process, you just need to do it in that one other location - and when you archived or deleted old instances of the task, that the instructions link/document lives on?
