The default avatar continues to appear instead of the avatar uploaded to users, how is it updated? Shouldn't it show the personalized avatar?

The updated Gravatar for my user's email does not appear.
Besides that, it would be great if your plugin supports "local avatar" plugins: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/avatar/
