I've submitted a request twice now and it then never appears on the roadmap:

  1. Visibility into Team Workloads: Ensure complete visibility into each team member's current assignments and workloads.

  2. Dynamic Task Allocation: Facilitate easy movement of tasks between resources with a drag-and-drop interface.

  3. Notifications and Alerts: Set up automated notifications for task assignments, approaching deadlines, and status updates.

  4. Leadership Dashboards: Provide dashboards for leaders to monitor team activities and resource availability.

  5. Resource Overbooking and Availability Monitoring: Track overbooked periods and predict future resource availability.

  6. Comprehensive Resource Allocation:

  • People as the Primary Resource: Prioritize the allocation of people to projects based on skills and availability.
  • Cost Management: Track and manage costs associated with resource allocation, including salaries and expenses.
