I have a main site (hub) with 5 separate sites (not multisites) that all have free subscribers and membership, paid and free community and lastly, booking for each separate site. I do want to make strong use of tags and lists. I have working knowledge of Ameila and Gravity Forms but I want to use all of Fluent stack to keep everything cohesive and integrated without issues. I do have working knowledge of API and webhooks.

  1. Do I need FCRM on all of the sites or just the main / hub site?
  2. Are there any issues with having FCRM on a subdomain of the main hub site subdomain.hubsite.[com]?

Has anyone else had issues with saving/updating a form?

On one of my sites, when I attempt to save a form, the save option spins, but no updates are applied.

I can take the same form to a different site, the form saves without issue.

Any pointers?

This is just something that I think should be mentioned as a starting point. I'm actually all in Fluent Solutions. I have it all: Boards, Community, CRM, Support, Booking and so on.

What I really miss is a kind of coherency along all the products. I know they are more and more connected with one another, and they had integrations. All that was great. But it could be excellent:

We should be able to move from one product to the other without the need to pass through Wordpress dashboard. We should be able to maintain the esthetics along all of them, like a full screen mode as we have in CRM, or even in Boards.

In the end I would like to be able to jump from one product to the other in a more streamlined and more integrated way. Without having to have multiple tabs open all the time, with different layouts, different looks and feels. I know that this could take time and effort, but it would be so much nicer to be able to move "fluently" from one side to the other, and have them all in a seamless integration, where we could work more effectively.

What do you guys think about this?

Just wondering what the options are for charging taxes on payment items in fluent forms. I have connected stripe, however that doesn’t seem to have the option for taxes.

From what I understand Paymattic does. How about Paddle? Thanks!

We so badly need this and would love to get in on early testing.

Really, needs to have an integration with TaxCloud or TaxJar! Woocommerce is so overpriced with all the plugins and stagnant.

hi, just looking at the possibilities of FluentAuth for SSO (single sign on). Is this possible? Or just Google/Facebook?

Testing plugin updates on a staging environment is a standard best practice. Nonetheless, the option to do this with fluent product is laborious at best, but downright impractical at the moment.

At the current state of affairs - it's not possible to update ANY of the fluent products (the Pro plugins) in a staging environment through the native Wordpress Plugin screen. One would have to download all the plugins pro files from the wpmanageninja website and activate the licenses again to accomplish this.

What I suggest - and this is a standard practice with all the plugins that are licensed that I use, that special sub-domain such as test.domain.com and staging.domain.com are automatically included under the regular license and so there is no problem in testing the new version in a staging environment.

Please consider this.

πŸ‘‹ Hi everyone,

I’m sharing a new video review in Spanish (πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ) focused on FluentCart β€” tested from the perspective of digital businesses in Europe.

As a lawyer and consultant working with WordPress-based companies, I compared FluentCart with WooCommerce, SureCart, and ThriveCart, focusing on three critical areas:

βœ… GDPR compliance (true self-hosted data control)

⚑ Checkout speed (blazing fast, no SaaS latency)

πŸ“Š Built-in reporting (without needing GA4, Tag Manager or external dashboards)

If you (or your Spanish-speaking clients) care about legal compliance, performance, and full ownership β€” this is worth a look.

Thanks again to Shahjahan JewelΒ and the WP Manage Ninja team for giving early access to the beta. FluentCart is heading in a very promising direction!

Shahjahan JewelΒ  Is Fluent Tools still available? I can't seem to find it and I want to update the plugins in staging before doing it in production.
