I've been using FluentForms Pro > Hubspot for a couple of years. I recently also incorporated FluentBooking Pro. I'm hitting limitations in sequences/drip campaigns in Hubspot and realizing that Fluent CRM and FluentSupport are likely the right next step for my company. Additionally, I have 2 new service offerings that FluentCommunity is likely right for. And at some point in the future, a more robust pay flow (maybe using FluentCart) will be needed.

As a 2-person team, we don't have the bandwidth to implement a migration off Hubspot into FluentCRM and implement a number of sequences and flows.

Any freelancers here specialize in the Fluent suite of products who I might be able to hire?

wondering if it makes sense for the purpose of segmenting the wordpress installation. on the surface, it seems like a good idea to isolate those two plugins on an their own installation that is dedicated to each, since each has the potential to scale, and because each is critical to have 100% uptime. in general, I expect it to make seo more complicated, but does it create any friction for seamless integration to the rest of the fluent suite? I'm not sure if I can really run either one without fluent forms for instance.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on the FluentCart waiting list for quite a while, and I’m really excited to see it finally launching soon. I immediately tested the sandbox version because I have a very specific use case β€” and I’d love your input before I decide whether FluentCart will work for me or not.

Here’s my situation:

I sell high-ticket coaching programs that combine community access, online course areas, and live Zoom calls.

My sales process looks like this: during the sales call, I enter all client details (name, email, phone, address, etc.) directly into a form.

Right after the call, that form generates a personalized offer link that I can send to the client.

The client opens that link, sees the pre-filled offer (nothing else to type in), checks a couple of custom conditions or terms checkboxes (AGB, withdrawal terms, etc.), chooses a payment option, and clicks β€œI order now.”

This β€œpersonalized offer link with acceptance checkboxes” is absolutely key for my workflow β€” it’s what turns a conversation into a sale in one smooth step.

From what I’ve seen in the FluentCart sandbox, it seems that this kind of prefilled, one-click offer confirmation might not be possible.

But before I give up, I’d love to ask:

πŸ‘‰ Is there any way to achieve this workflow with FluentCart (maybe via FluentForms, custom fields, or API)?

Or perhaps it’s something that could be considered for a future update?

Right now I’m running this through a custom two-form setup with Fluent Forms Pro and a lot of coding inside, but I’d love to switch to a professional, integrated solution like FluentCart if it can handle this kind of use case.

Thanks a lot for your time β€” and congrats to the team for bringing FluentCard to life. It looks very promising!

Do any of you have any specific wishes that you hope FluentCart will eventually add? I mean, first of all, I would love it if they added a roadmap for us to make suggestions on here! But here are some of mine:

  • 'Seat' management for subscriptions: allow users to set a maximum number of subscriptions allowed, similar to inventory management. When someone cancels their subscription, that seat would 'reopen' and allow a new subscriber. This is great for people trying to stay below certain thresholds for quality and tax purposes, and automates an otherwise fiddly job of regularly calculating how much inventory you need to add.
  • With- and without-tax pricing for people working in B2B and B2C at the same time.
  • Packaging for FluentBooking similar to Amelia that allows you to buy a package of booked services and then book the actual date and time later.
  • Allowing users to monetise specific parts of FluentCommunity spaces. For example, allowing people to sign up for a space for free, but pay for access to the documents/resources or live chat. This could be an add-on with FluentCart subscriptions (hence why it's here).
  • Use FluentForms to make quotes for services and then charge the customer via automated email upon approval.

Do you have any that you'd like to see?

It appears there's a problem with the FluentSMTP website when trying to view articles etc...

e.g. this page https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/email-sending-error-notification-telegram/

Is there a way to change the Terms and Conditions link on the FluentAuth registration page? Also, can we add consent to sign up to the mailing list to that as well? I'd really appreciate any input on how to achieve that!

There is no option to manually block an IP on Fluent Auth? Shahjahan JewelΒ

We need a Wordpress theme that matches the fluentcommunity theme.

This way we dont need to remember to change the theme every time on every page.

Consistent look for Fluentcart, pages, blog, single posts, single products, fluent affiliate, etc

Shopping cart icon next to notification icon in header area like most ecommerce themes.

I am going to try to ask again, because I didn't get any response to my previous question. I see this... https://fluentcart.com/industry/services-expertise/

Will I be able to quote, invoice, and have customers pay on my website, or will I need some other software to do that? That is my primary need, while selling physical goods may come up in the future.

How can i get demo site for fluent cart.. I want to show to my client.. Urgent. TQ
