Will it be possible to install FluentAffiliate on a Wordpress multi-site network?
Awaiting access to confirm some things. Any updates for us Shahjahan JewelΒ I'm starving over hereπ π€€just circling back daily as we're awaiting access to confirm a few key pieces on our end.
Any updates for us? π The teamβs eager to move forward with testing the affiliate plan rollout so Iβm here pleading for some progress updates, I know your teams proably heads down working on this and the cart rollout which is impressive.
Even a quick heads up or reasoning would help us set a realistic TBA internally. Appreciate you!
Hi FluentAffiliate Team and Community!
I'm planning to implement an affiliate program for my business but have a specific multi-platform setup that I'd love your input on.
My Current Funnel Structure:
- Frontend Products: Using GoHighLevel funnels with custom payment gateway (not Stripe/PayPal)
- Backend Products: WordPress/WooCommerce for upsells and higher-ticket items
- Goal: Track affiliate conversions across both platforms with unified reporting and commission management
My Question: Can FluentAffiliate handle cross-platform conversion tracking where:
- Initial affiliate clicks happen on GoHighLevel pages
- Some conversions occur on GoHighLevel (frontend products)
- Additional conversions happen on WordPress (backend products)
- All conversions need to be attributed to the same affiliate for proper commission calculation?
Technical Details:
- GoHighLevel supports outbound webhooks through workflows
- I can pass custom parameters and tracking data between platforms
- WordPress site will have FluentAffiliate installed for backend tracking
- Need to maintain affiliate attribution across the entire customer journey
Specific Scenarios I Need to Handle:
- Customer clicks affiliate link β lands on GoHighLevel β buys frontend product β later purchases WordPress upsells
- All conversions should be attributed to the original affiliate
- Commission structure may differ between frontend and backend products
Questions for the Community:
- Has anyone successfully integrated FluentAffiliate with GoHighLevel or similar external platforms?
- Can FluentAffiliate accept manual conversions via webhook/API from external sources?
- Is there a way to create conversions programmatically while maintaining proper affiliate attribution?
- Any recommended approaches for cross-platform affiliate tracking with FluentAffiliate as the central system?
Alternative Approach I'm Considering: Using GoHighLevel webhooks to send conversion data to a WordPress endpoint that then creates conversions in FluentAffiliate - is this technically feasible?
I'd really appreciate any insights, experiences, or technical guidance from the community. FluentAffiliate looks perfect for the WordPress side of things, but I want to ensure it can handle my multi-platform requirements before committing.
Thanks in advance for your help!
P.S. If this isn't currently supported but is something the FluentAffiliate team is considering for future development, I'd be very interested in being a beta tester or providing feedback on this use case.
One client wanted from us to develop an affiliate program (subscriptions, media kit, digital marketing etc) for his ecommerce store (they produce woman cosmetics). Initially we have choosed a famous plugin but finally I convinced the client to wait the realease of the Fluent Affiliate, because as I explained to them, behind this plugin is a great ninja team and the Fluent Affiliate plugin will be an investment for their affiliate program.
I've been delaying the development of the affiliate program for a month. Can you tell me approximately when the first version of the plugin will be released?
Sorry if it's a dumb question: i saw a video talking about the upcoming new safari browser strips urls (tracking link parameters will be automatically removed from URLs).
i read somewhere, that definitely
- gclid (Google AdWords)
- dclid (Google Display Network)
- fbclid (Facebook Advertising)
- twclkd (Twitter Advertising)
- msclkid (Microsoft Advertising)
- mc_eid (Mailchimp)
- igshid (Instagram)Β
will be affected. Other ones will have to be tested.
Do you know if this will also affect FluentAffiliate parameters?
The only reason I waited so long for FluentAffiliate is because I saw the option to credit the main affiliate on subscription renewal. I just tested the beta version and noticed itβs not available yet. I really need this feature for what I want to do.
Can you please give me a timeframe? Please, I truly need this option. Will it be available in the release?
can we pay affiliate with discount code from woocommerce or with free product or something like that? Shahjahan JewelΒ
