We definitely need an enhancement of this section π
- we are not able to re-arrange the fields.
- And,
- We are not able to change the Group Names? π₯Ή
Will be super needed. Moreover, after the new update of being able to show custom fields on mail_preferences.
Which means, users can actually see the names of the Group Field too!

Please, make it possible to drag custom fields. Inside the user profile + inside the Custom Fields Settings
When you have a couple of groups of custom fields, and a few of fields to organize. It's terrible to move everything π

Hello community.
On my end, I am not seeing this exported.
Can someone try it?
Thank you!
Iβm implementing automation for a client using FluentCRM and calling its REST API internally via rest_do_request().
When I perform a single REST call per request, everything works fine.
However, if I first do a GET request (e.g., to fetch tags), and then follow it with a POST request (e.g., to create a tag), the second call fails. It seems like FluentCRM can't access the body parameters. (422 - The title field is required)
After some investigation, it looks like this might be related to how FluentCRM reuses the request object internally within its framework.
Iβll use the API instance directly as a workaround, but itβs definitely worth looking into.

Is there tutorial/vid explainer on how to configure email automation funnels, specifically for adding action to automate adding verification badge and general profile badges? Do they actually function? Or is it a placeholder for something to come.. because I can't get either to trigger adding a badge to user profile..
In theory it sounds like a great automatic action to happen for user profiles in FC.. but not getting to function...
*an example would be to switch badges from free trial users > to paying users that upgrade membership
Guys, this update is HUGE. We're talking 38 new actions and 11 new triggers. Yes, you read that right!
You can now:
β Auto-retarget people who didn't open your emails
β Track purchases from ANY source ( FlowMattic Exclusive )
β Create and manage companies
β Build VIP lists automatically
β Create email sequences with custom templates
β Copy email templates from FlowMattic Email Templates
β And, everything you can image to automate with FluentCRM
My favorite part? You can identify everyone who have opened your email within 24 hours, then automatically send them a special offer. It's like magic! β¨
The possibilities are honestly mind-blowing. We've been testing it all week and keep discovering new automation ideas.
Anyone else excited to try this out? What's the first automation you're going to build?
Check out the blog post here for some great examples -

Hi everyone,
I'm using a single Brevo account for multiple websites, each with its own FluentCRM installation and sender domain. The issue is that Brevo's webhooks are account-wide. When an email for domain-a.com bounces, the webhook is sent to all my FluentCRM instances, causing incorrect contacts in domain-b.com to be marked as bounced.
Has anyone found a way to handle this correctly? Is there a FluentCRM setting to ignore bounce webhooks from other sender domains, or is the only solution a custom server-side script to filter them before they reach FluentCRM?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Now that we can finally display custom fields to users, it feels like the missing piece in FluentCRM is obvious: a βCustom Field Updatedβ trigger.
Yes, I know thereβs a workaround with a custom plugin (or even building our own), and of course we could rely on external tools to simulate this. But honestly, for something so fundamental to any CRM, it makes no sense that FluentCRMβs Automations donβt already include it.
Hereβs the vision:
- Start an automation whenever a Custom Field is updated.
- Pass into the workflow which data was changed.
- Even better: allow conditions for multi-choice fields, like triggering when any option is selected β or only when specific choices are.
This would be a real game-changer. Especially now that FCRM lets users update their own profiles β the trigger would unlock a whole new level of personalization and automation.

Is there a way to change the settings to allow pasting HTML (from other tools) into FluentCRM emails? It seems like any external templates, HTML, or imports etc. that are not created directly by FluentCRM need to be in json?
