Addon for processing fee taxes?

Hello all,

Have any of you develop a addon for fluentcart that allow the shop owner to add custom taxes as processing fees? e.g if I want to pass down the stripe fees to the end customers?

Even better if is integrated with Stripe to retrieve the taxes based on regions and method of payment from stripe itself.
