It is still beta - there are no manuals so far but the fTeam will share some repo one day. Some docs can be found on a GitHub but I am pretty sure that this is not for the end user rather than for the dev guys.

For a completely newbee maybe it is good to start with our buddy's YT intro to fCommunity: here (by Mak) or here (by Spencer Forman)
