Can’t post on profile
Just updated to the latest version and now I can’t post anything on my profile, it gives an error “Please select a valid space to post in.“
when you are asked to select a Space (here) it means that you cannot post directly into the Activity Feed (only Admin can do it - you as the Admin can disable/enable this feature in your own community settings unless there is somr bug with the latest version - let me.check).
Note: all posts and/or comments in the user Profile are coming from Spaces. The Feed Activity is just like RSS and regular users should not submit posts directly to the Feed so everything is more organized IMHO
Mat for your info, I have already enabled the global post status in the settings. In the previous version the users as well as the admins were able to post on their profile. So I’m assuming it’s some bug with the latest version
Tech Morung You are right. Even if I select Post on my Profile (from the dropdown list) there is an error to select a Space (but it is selected that regular user can post directly into the Feed). Good catch!
